A general inspection of the pump is performed to identify critical misalignment points. A comprehensive machining adjustment of the housing and covers is carried out, including the replacement of hardened bushings according to standards. The symmetry of the gears is reviewed to ensure compliance with official construction standards and their alignment with the housings. If not compliant, adjustments are made to ensure they meet their pumping cycle requirements.
